Job Summary:

Senior SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Logistics Execution (LE) Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level consulting on SAP WM and LE solutions, including architecture design, process optimization, and implementation strategies.
• Serve as a functional lead for SAP WM/LE—owning solution design, functional documentation (FDD), configuration, and end-to-end delivery.
• Conduct workshops and design sessions with key business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable solutions.
• Lead functional design, validate specifications, and review deliverables before client hand-off.
• Understand custom functionalities and build new architectures tailored to client requirements.
• Work closely with technical and interface teams on complex integrations involving third-party and bolt-on systems.
• Provide guidance to production support teams and resolve critical issues effectively.
• Configure core WM processes and integrate with SD, MM, and PP modules.
• Ensure comprehensive regression testing and validate test results.
• Act as a quality gate for all WM/Fulfillment deliverables.
• Offer functional expertise on S/4HANA transformations.

Core Skills and Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP WM, LE, and Fulfillment functionalities.
• Deep knowledge of SD Delivery, Shipment, Shipping, and Transportation Management processes.
• Expertise in warehouse movements, inventory management (IM), output determination, and master data setup.
• Proficiency in configuration of storage locations, bin-to-bin transfers, and movement types.
• Experience with batch management in BOMs, picking, packing, and handling unit processes.
• Working knowledge of RF processes and integration with barcode/scanning devices.
• Exposure to replenishment processes and cross-module integration with MM, SD, and PP.
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and provide quick resolutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
• Comfortable with structured analysis, design techniques, and corporate tools/processes.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Familiarity with Bartender labeling software (Seagull Scientific).
• Knowledge of carrier integration solutions (e.g., ASSIST4, XPS).
• Proven leadership experience guiding teams of 10+ WM/LE consultants.
