Job Title: Application Lead – SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Location: Pune, India

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in SAP WMS

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Application Lead – SAP WMS to lead the design, development, and configuration of SAP-based warehouse management solutions. As the primary point of contact for application delivery, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, guide junior members, and foster a collaborative environment that supports innovation, quality delivery, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and configuration of SAP WMS applications.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) in SAP WMS, offering technical leadership and support across project phases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, testers, and other application leads to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Guide and manage the application development team, promoting accountability, innovation, and performance.
• Provide strategic input and contribute to key technical and architectural decisions.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of application components.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentoring to enhance team skills and domain expertise.
• Maintain documentation of technical specifications, processes, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.
• Proven experience in integrating SAP WMS with other enterprise applications (e.g., SAP ECC, EWM, S/4HANA).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to guide technical teams and coordinate across multiple functional areas.
