Job Description SAP SuccessFactors / Salesforce/ Salesforce Admin/ SAP Plant Maintenance / SAP Human Capital Mgmt /Bangalore/Pune Candidate Specification: Candidates must have 5-9 Years of experience. Location : Hyd/Bglre/Pune Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors: Experience 9+ in Support Ticketing: End-to-End Case Management: Oversee the entire process from case intake to resolution; prioritizing and managing escalations for Dedicated Partners/Distributors; Salesforce: Overall Experience 8+ years. Experience working on Salesforce B2B Architecture. Experience working on Salesforce platforms (Financial Services Cloud; Sales Cloud; Services Cloud) Experience with Salesforce development practices such as Salesforce Apex; Lightning Components and Visualforce or an equivalent such as Java Solid experience of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (custom objects; build reports; assignment rules; flows and process builder); and Salesforce platform and architecture. Salesforce Admin: Senior Salesforce Admin who will support help desk ticket resolution; and Jira card creation/administration. This person will need to be able to handle the complex tickets and some aged items in the queue. The successful candidate needs to be highly proficient in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and flows SAP Plant Maintenance: Responsibilities: Minimum 7 year of SAP PM experience. Proven experience on support; rollout and implementation Experience in Organization structure Configuration of PM Objects PM Master Data handling Preventive Maintenance Breakdown Maintenance Refurbishment Process SAP Human Capital Mgmt: Strong SAP HCM experience specialized in UK payroll .Detailed knowledge of Great Britain Payroll- specifically processes and policies . Local government pensions knowledge.
