Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals. Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree or even 12th Std is fine. 0-3 years of experience in a International customer service or International call center environment. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work in Night Shifts. Immediate joiners is only considered. Candidate only from Bangalore apply. US Accent will be added advantage. Job Location:Bangalore
