We are hiring for international BPO roles in Voice Support, looking for candidates who possess excellent spoken English and a passion for customer service. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for each interaction. We welcome applications from graduates, undergraduates, and MBAs who are adaptable, enthusiastic, and comfortable working night shifts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone in a timely and professional manner. - Deliver a positive customer experience by handling queries effectively and providing accurate information. - Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues as needed to the appropriate departments. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and procedures to provide correct information. - Meet or exceed performance targets in customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency. **Requirements:** - **Education:** Undergraduate, Graduate, or MBA applicants are welcome. - **Experience:** Minimum experience of 1 yr into international voice - **Skills:** Excellent spoken English with strong communication and interpersonal skills. - **Availability:** Comfortable with night shifts and a rotational shift pattern.
