Main Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune.
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant (ONB 1.0 & 2.0) with a strong understanding of recruitment and new hire processes. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Onboarding 1.0 and 2.0, integrating with Recruitment Management and Employee Central. You will work closely with business and technical teams to enhance the onboarding journey and ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.Qualification:Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field with a minimum of 36 years of relevant experience in SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0/2.0. SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding is an added advantage.

Experience with Document Management, Custom Panels, and New Hire Data Mapping.Certification in SuccessFactors Onboarding preferred.
