Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Lead SAP SD requirement gathering and business process mapping for order-to-cash (order management, pricing, delivery, billing, returns).
Configure SAP SD modules (sales document types, item categories, pricing procedures, partner determination, incomings/outgoing deliveries) for S/4HANA and ECC landscapes.
Design and validate integration touchpoints (IDoc/ALE/EDI, RFC/BAPI, interfaces to TM/WMS/Finance) in collaboration with ABAP and middleware teams.
Create and execute unit, integration, and UAT test scripts; resolve defects and drive regression testing to ensure production readiness.
Support cutover, data migration (master & transactional), go-live stabilization and post-go-live hypercare activities.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, training materials and provide end-user training and stakeholder updates.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

4+ years of hands-on SAP SD functional experience (configuration & support) with proven O2C implementations.
Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC SD, pricing techniques, and master data design.
Experience integrating SD with MM, FI/CO, and third-party systems via IDoc/ALE/EDI and RFC/BAPI.
Strong functional documentation, testing and cutover experience; excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred:

Exposure to SAP Activate methodology, data migration tools, or experience with cloud-hosted SAP environments.
Basic understanding of ABAP or prior collaboration with ABAP developers for enhancements and interfaces.
