Your expertise will be crucial in providing guidance on SAP SD best practices, staying informed about industry trends to recommend innovative solutions, and collaborating with ABAP developers for customized enhancements within the SAP SD module. In addition, you will deliver expert-level training and support to end-users during and post-implementation phases, conduct comprehensive testing, validation, and troubleshooting of SAP SD processes to ensure accuracy and system reliability, and perform regular system audits to identify discrepancies, enhance system performance, and ensure compliance. Your role will also involve leading system upgrades, module enhancements, and the introduction of new features, as well as defining and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for sales and distribution processes in collaboration with business teams.
