About the Role As an SAP Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales of SAP solutions, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring successful implementation of SAP products. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and position SAP solutions effectively to help them achieve digital transformation and operational efficiency. Responsibility Sales & Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close new SAP sales opportunities. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive SAP product and service adoption. Generate leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives. Client Engagement & Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate SAP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP C4C, etc.). Conduct product demos, presentations, and value proposition discussions. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized SAP solutions. Partnership & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with C-level executives, IT heads, and decision-makers. Engage with SAP partners and resellers to expand market reach. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage long-term client relationships. Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare RFPs, RFIs, and business proposals for SAP solutions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs in alignment with company policies. Work with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on SAP product developments, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to enhance solution offerings. Requirements Key Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Sales, or related fields. Experience: 3–10 years in SAP sales, business development, or consulting. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP ERP solutions (S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP C4C, SAP BTP, etc.). Understanding of cloud vs. on-premise SAP implementations. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong consultative selling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities. Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Networking & Relationship Building: Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Target-Driven: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas. Preferred Certifications: SAP Sales or Pre-Sales certification (preferred). Experience working with SAP Partners or SAP resellers.
