About the Role The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, leading strategic initiatives, and managing key client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in business development and a proven track record of success. Responsibility Develop and implement strategic business development plans Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis. Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals and pitches. Manage and mentor junior business development staff. Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements. Track and report on key performance indicators and sales metrics. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
