Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. The primary focus will be closing new accounts, driving revenue growth, and establishing lasting client relationships. Responsibilities:Strategic Business Development:Identify and penetrate key accounts within target client segments in the US.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.Client Engagement:Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.Understand client business objectives and align our solutions to meet their strategic goals.Solution Selling:Conduct in-depth needs analysis to identify client pain points and challenges.Craft compelling, customized solutions that address client requirements.Complex Deal Management:Lead end-to-end sales cycles for complex business/IT solutions, based on the SAP S/4 HANA and BTP technologies.Navigate through procurement processes and overcome objections to secure deals.Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.Work with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.Market Intelligence:Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.Leverage market insights to position our offerings effectively.Pipeline Management:Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.Proactively manage and nurture existing client relationships for upselling opportunities.Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and identifying upsell opportunities.Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and account information.Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends. Qualifications:Proven experience in consulting services or enterprise applications (ERP) sales, with a track record of successfully closing new accounts.Strong understanding of ERP products, services, and solutions.Success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and goalsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environmentAbility to build and maintain strong client relationships.Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.Willing to travel
