You will help provide leadership and direction to the delivery team, as well as Architecture guidance and direction, based on your extensive knowledge of SAP. You are also considered a technical leader within the SAP community, and you consistently offer your knowledge on cutting-edge subjects at community and internal events. Work Location: Phase 1, Hinjewadi, Pune Responsibilities:1. Minimum 8 years of SAP global template and/or rollout experience (Malaysia, Vietnam, etc.).2. Minimum 3-4 full life cycles of S4HANA implementation/rollout experience.3. Good knowledge and hands-on experience in PS (Project structure, project planning, project budgeting, project monitoring & control, project revenue & cost accounting and project reporting) and integration with FICO, SD & MM.4. Familiar with SAP global template approach and experienced working with onsite (global template/core) team and offshore (ABAP development) team5. Good knowledge in PS business processes.6. Good communication and analytical skills7. Hands-on experience on configuration & writing functional specification for RICEFW.8.Expertise in pre-implementation study, requirement gathering and blueprint preparation9. Should be capable of conducting blueprint workshops independently and facilitate workshop discussions10.Experience in PS migration activities.11.Experience in providing training to end users12. Experience in cut over activities & post Go-live support to End Users13.Good team player, Strong team orientation & leadership qualities, hardworking and enthusiastic Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as an SAP Functional/Technical Architect or similar role.In-depth knowledge of SAP platform functionalities and configurations.Experience with integration of SAP with other enterprise systems.Strong understanding of manufacturing process.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.SAP certification(s) is a plus.Experience in leading large-scale SAP implementation projects Ready to start your extraordinary journey with NCS?!
