SAP PS Consultant

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP Project Systems (PS) processes in an

  S/4HANA

  environment.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and design PS solutions.
  
• Configure key PS components such as

  WBS

  ,

  Networks

  ,

  Activities

  ,

  Milestones

  ,

  Budgeting

  ,

  Cost Planning

  ,

  Settlement

  , and

  Resource Planning

  .
• Manage integrations with modules like

  FI/CO

  ,

  MM

  ,

  SD

  , and

  PP

  .
• Support S/4HANA implementation phases including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live.
  
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects related to PS.
  
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution and support.
  
• Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
  
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and support global business users during aligned shift hours.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  7+ years of SAP PS experience

  with strong functional expertise.

• Mandatory S/4HANA implementation experience

  (at least 1 E2E implementation preferred).
• Solid understanding of

  Project Planning, Tracking, Budgeting, Costing, Progress Analysis

  , and

  Settlement processes

  .
• Good understanding of

  integration points across SAP modules

  .
• Ability to engage with business users, lead workshops, and drive solution design independently.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of

  SAP Activate methodology

  .
• Experience in

  CPM, PPM

  , or PS integration with

  SAP Commercial Project Management

  .
• Exposure to

  Agile/Hybrid

  project delivery models.
