Job Summary:

SAP Project Manager / Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end

  SAP implementation projects

  (FI & MM modules) including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage

  stakeholder communication

  and ensure alignment between IT, business teams, and external partners.
• Drive

  project governance

  , risk management, issue resolution, and quality assurance.
• Lead

  transition and change management

  to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
• Coordinate with SAP consultants, technical teams, and business users for smooth delivery.
• Provide leadership in

  post-implementation support

  and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize

  Power BI

  for project reporting, dashboards, and performance monitoring.
• Mentor, guide, and lead project teams for successful delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years

  of experience in SAP projects with at least

  5 years in a Project/Program Manager role

  .
• Strong

  functional expertise in SAP FI (Finance) and MM (Materials Management)

  modules.
• Proven track record in

  SAP implementation and transition management

  .
• Excellent

  project management skills

  (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality).
• Familiarity with

  Power BI

  and ability to leverage it for reporting and analytics.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Certified Project Manager (preferred but not mandatory).

Good to Have:

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in

  manufacturing / consulting / IT services

  .
• Exposure to

  S/4HANA migration

  projects.
• Hands-on experience in

  integration between FI & MM modules

  .
