SAP Procurement Support IT Travel & Expense

Role:

• Provide functional and operational support for SAP Procurement and IT Travel & Expense (T&E) modules.
• Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice processing.
• Manage and support Travel & Expense workflows, including expense claims, approvals, policy compliance, and reimbursements.
• Act as the first-level and second-level support for SAP Procurement and T&E-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, HR, and external vendors to resolve system and process-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, expense policies, and audit requirements.
• Support master data management related to vendors, cost centers, GL codes, and expense categories.
• Assist in system enhancements, testing (UAT), and deployments related to SAP Procurement and T&E.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs related to procurement and expense processing and drive continuous improvement.
• Support month-end and year-end activities, reporting, and audits related to procurement and expenses.
• Provide end-user training and support, addressing queries related to SAP Procurement and T&E systems.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP Procurement (MM/P2P) and IT Travel & Expense processes.
• Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle and expense management workflows.
• Experience in IT support or functional support roles for SAP applications.
• Knowledge of compliance, audit controls, and financial policies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in an ITIL / service-oriented support environment is a plus.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global procurement and T&E operations.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Concur, or similar expense management tools (if applicable).
• Prior experience in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or multinational environment.
