As a SAP Procurement IT Travel & Expense Support, your role involves providing functional and operational support for SAP Procurement and IT Travel & Expense (T&E) modules. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing and supporting Travel & Expense workflows, including expense claims, approvals, policy compliance, and reimbursements. - Acting as the first-level and second-level support for SAP Procurement and T&E-related issues, ensuring timely resolution. - Coordinating with IT, Finance, HR, and external vendors to resolve system and process-related issues. - Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, expense policies, and audit requirements. - Supporting master data management related to vendors, cost centers, GL codes, and expense categories. - Assisting in system enhancements, testing (UAT), and deployments related to SAP Procurement and T&E. - Preparing and maintaining process documentation, SOPs, and user guides. - Monitoring SLAs and KPIs related to procurement and expense processing and driving continuous improvement. - Supporting month-end and year-end activities, reporting, and audits related to procurement and expenses. - Providing end-user training and support, addressing queries related to SAP Procurement and T&E systems. In order to excel in this role, you are required to have the following skills & qualifications: - Strong experience in SAP Procurement (MM/P2P) and IT Travel & Expense processes. - Experience in IT support or functional support roles for SAP applications. - Knowledge of compliance, audit controls, and financial policies. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work with cross-functional global teams. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in an ITIL / service-oriented support environment is a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting global procurement and T&E operations, exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Concur, or similar expense management tools, and prior experience in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or multinational environment.
