Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter with 9 to 20 years of experience to join our team in Pan India. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP PP and VC, with a strong background in recruitment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to understand their recruitment needs.
Utilize various recruitment tools and technologies to source top talent.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve future hiring strategies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a focus on SAP PP and VC.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
