The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing custom web parts, designing and managing SharePoint sites and tenants, and delivering robust solutions tailored to business needs. Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and relevant certifications are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Develop, design, and maintain SharePoint sites using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), ensuring high performance and scalability. Customize and build web parts and applications using Node.js, React.js, and other modern frameworks. Create and manage complex workflows, forms, and automation processes using Power Automate and Power Apps. Develop interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI to deliver business insights. Design and deploy SharePoint tenants and manage site collections, permissions, and security settings. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and support end users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint sites, web parts, workflows, and Power Platform applications. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration and deployment of solutions. Stay up-to-date with Microsoft 365 updates and best practices, ensuring all development aligns with latest standards and security protocols. Conduct regular testing, documentation, and user training to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption. Qualifications and Skills: 3-4+ years of hands-on experience as a SharePoint Developer. Proficiency in SPFx (SharePoint Framework), Node.js, React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for creating business process automation and visualizations. Experience in developing, customizing, and managing SharePoint sites, web parts, and tenants. Familiarity with integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications. Experience with SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Online, and on-premises versions. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform, or related technologies are preferred.
