Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled SAP PP Consultant to join our team as a permanent employee, deployed onsite at our client’s Vadodara facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of SAP Production Planning processes, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to working with business and technical teams.

Must have Skills:

• Hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration, implementation, and support.
• In-depth understanding of Production Planning, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
• Exposure to integration with MM, SD, and QM modules.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Good to have Skills:

• Experience with S/4HANA environment.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging for functional analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and support SAP PP module functionalities including Discrete Manufacturing, MRP, and Production Orders.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Handle end-to-end production planning and execution processes, including Master Data Management (Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, QM, and PM) to ensure seamless business integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PP-related incidents and provide production support.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including configuration guides, test cases, and training materials.
• Conduct user training and workshops to enhance system adoption.
• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and performance within the PP module.
• Willing to work full-time onsite at Vadodara (client premises).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Certification:

• SAP PP or S/4HANA Manufacturing certification.
