They will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients within the elevator and construction industry. Utilize various channels (cold calling, networking, etc.) to generate leads. Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Also, track and report on sales performance metrics. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the elevator or construction industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
