Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation/Sales Professional to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the elevator industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients within the elevator and construction industry.
• Utilize various channels (cold calling, networking, etc.) to generate leads.
• Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Also, track and report on sales performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the elevator or construction industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
• Education: Any Graduates
