Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Visit

    schools (K-12)

    regularly within your assigned area to build strong relationships
  • Interact with

    principals, school owners, and administrators

  • Onboard new schools for

    offline Olympiads

  • Achieve monthly targets for

    student participation (prelims from Grades 612)

  • Handle the

    complete sales cycle

    – first contact, presentation, demo, signup, and follow-up
  • Explain products and benefits through

    consultative selling

  • Conduct

    school meetings, webinars, and presentations

  • Maintain a good

    conversion rate (20–40%)

  • Do

    daily calls, follow-ups, and field visits

    as per targets
  • Manage post-sales relationships to ensure smooth execution
  • Work from home but

    travel to schools as required

  • Meet performance metrics; report to office if performance is below expectations
