1. To Find out the potential of new/old identified Customers.
2. To find out decision makers and influencing people for the identified Companies with contact information. Sometimes this will need to be done at late evening when contacting customers in North America.
3. To mature the customer till inquiry level and handover to Sales & Marketing Manager/ Director
4. To take post quotation follow-up. Same to be updated in the quotation register.
5. To follow up the old customers who have not purchased the material from us for last one year or more. Reasons to be noted in detail.
6. All follow up data entry to be made in a sheet and to be updated timely.
7. To take post dispatch updates from the customer w.r.t. functionality, quality and feedback point of view.
Bachelors Degree with strong Technical Acumen preferred
