Position Overview:

Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch objectives and revenue targets.
• Responsible for the P & L of the branch with an active coordination with all relevant associates.
• Hire, lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, technicians, and administrative staff.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all branch activities.
• Manage inventory levels and logistics to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance branch personnel skills and performance.
• Create and sustain a conducive and synergic work environment benevolent to the internal and external allies
• Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee all other pertaining day to day activities at the branch

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in sales, operations, or management, preferably in the vertical transportation segment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the elevator industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
