Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve monthly targets through outbound calls, cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, and end-to-end sales. Provide coaching and training to team members on product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales or related field. Proven track record of success in end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure. Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry landscape. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone conversations.
