SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand the production planning requirements of the manufacturing plant.
• Configure and customize the SAP PP module to align with business needs and production workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PP with other modules like MM (Material Management), QM (Quality Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Develop and implement efficient production planning processes, including demand planning, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of the SAP PP module.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of the SAP PP system.
• Document all configurations, processes, and updates related to the SAP PP module.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP PP features and recommend enhancements to improve productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in electrical, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP PP Consultant, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP module configuration, customization, and integration.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production planning best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Certification in SAP PP is a plus.
