SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP PP module as per business requirements.
  
• Gather requirements, perform GAP analysis, and design effective solutions.
  
• Work on SAP PP processes such as Master Data (Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers), Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Production Orders.
  
• Integrate SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, and WM modules.
  
• Provide support for testing, user training, and documentation.
  
• Troubleshoot issues, provide timely resolutions, and support business users.
  
• Participate in end-to-end SAP PP implementation and rollout projects.
  
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams for enhancements and new developments.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 8

  + years of experience

  as an SAP PP Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP configuration and business processes.
  
• Hands-on experience in MRP, Production Order Management, Demand Planning, and Capacity Planning.
  
• Experience in SAP PP integration with MM, SD, and QM.
  
• Good understanding of discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, and repetitive manufacturing.
  
• Experience in

  at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project

  .
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of S/4 HANA environment.
  
• Exposure to SAP PP-PI (Process Industries).
  
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging for issue resolution.
  

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  
• SAP PP certification preferred.
