Job Title – SAP MDG Functional Consultant Location – Offshore Remote (Need to support EST time zone, i.e., 6:30 PM - 1/2 AM IST) Hiring Type – Full-Time/ Contract Job Description: As an SAP MDG Functional Senior Consultant, you will: • Help support our client(s) by implementing SAP MDG solutions and assist in managing the delivery of those solutions to our clients • Deliver complex data management engagements including all phases of the project life cycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live / post go live • Work closely with clients to define data governance and/or data consolidation processes, policies, and BRF+ workflows. • Utilize your deep functional knowledge in various SAP modules to support MDG implementations for our clients • Provide general technical support for our clients and other consulting resources What We’re Looking For: • 4-8 years of experience with SAP MDG for implementation and support projects • Deep functional knowledge of MDG data models (materials, business partners and finance) • Deep knowledge of rule-based workflow, value mapping, key mapping and data replication framework. • Experience in data migration from ECC/S4 systems to MDG on a hub. • Proven experience in business process analysis, data governance strategies and master data management • The ability to implement SAP MDG solutions for various clients • Understand and troubleshoot techno-functional problems • Experience in at least three (3) End-to-End SAP MDG implementations • Demonstrated technical experience with the SAP Data Management and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) application, including configuration or development • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills • Proven ability to work in a team environment • Ability to support a hybrid-working model at home and in the local office • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills and the ability to present and communicate findings and recommendations • 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline Mandatory Hands-on skills: • Build Decision tables in BRF+ • Configure Change request types: steps, status, alias, workflow • Fix issues in BRF tables • Maintain value maps for multiple target systems • CVI configuration and deep understanding of number range logic • Ability to create Change requests for all standard master data objects and test workflow • Build test data and support various phases of testing Show more Show less
