SAP MM Consultant

background (B.Tech./M.Tech.) and over 5 years of SAP implementation

experience, particularly in ETO manufacturing environments. The candidate will be

responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP MM processes to support

complex procurement and inventory operations tailored to project-based manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP MM module implementation and support across ETO manufacturing

projects.

• Configure and customize SAP MM components including Purchasing, Inventory

Management, Valuation, and Material Master.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FICO, PP, SD, PS) to ensure seamless

integration and data flow.

• Design and implement procurement strategies for project-specific materials and

services.

• Manage vendor master data, source lists, and procurement info records.
• Support material requirement planning (MRP) and subcontracting processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Conduct workshops, training, and UAT with business stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech./M.Tech. in Engineering or related field.
• Sensitivity : This Document is Classified as "LNT Internal Use".
• Minimum 5 years of SAP MM implementation experience, with at least 3 full-
• cycle ETO manufacturing projects.
• Deep understanding of ETO procurement models, project-based material
• planning, and WBS-linked purchasing.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of integration points with FICO, PP, SD, and PS modules.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience with Fiori apps, Ariba, or SRM.
• Exposure to GST compliance, vendor evaluation, and contract management
