Title: SAP Hybris Program Manager Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Hybris Program Manager to lead full-cycle SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) projects across enterprise-grade clients. In this role, you’ll oversee delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and be the key point of contact for project governance and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) implementations, upgrades, and rollouts (B2B/B2C). Own project delivery governance: scope, budget, timeline, risk, and quality management. Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, client leadership, and delivery teams. Drive agile delivery models while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals. Define and enforce program KPIs, SLAs, and reporting cadences. Mentor technical leads, architects, developers, QA, and integration teams. Manage resource allocation, project estimation, and change management. Ensure SAP best practices, security, and performance standards across implementations. Collaborate with pre-sales teams for new opportunities, SOW reviews, and solutioning. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of total experience with at least 3 end-to-end SAP Hybris (Commerce Cloud) project deliveries. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Program Manager / Delivery Lead role. Strong expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2) , Hybris accelerators (B2B & B2C), Spartacus (preferred). Proven experience managing teams across development, QA, UI/UX, and integrations. Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA tools, and project tracking frameworks. Strong stakeholder communication, escalation handling, and leadership presence. Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with SAP ecosystem components (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, CPI, SAP CAR). SAP Hybris/Commerce Cloud certification is a strong plus. PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is desirable. Nice to Have Experience with multi-country rollouts, localization, and high-availability architectures. Exposure to SAP CX portfolio (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud). Experience in managing delivery through offshore-onsite models.
