Role Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Work closely with clients to understand warehouse processes and design scalable solutions.
• Drive process optimization to enhance warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper documentation, functional specs, and adherence to quality standards.
• Support testing phases, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
  

SAP HANA SCM EWM Consultant

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

SAP EWM Functional Expertise

• At least one full end-to-end SAP EWM implementation (Blueprint → Configuration → Testing → Go-live → Support).
• Experience with multi-country rollouts, localization, and process harmonization across different geographies.
• Strong domain understanding of industries like discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, auto components, aerospace, and life sciences.
  

Warehouse Operations Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with:
• Inbound & outbound logistics
• Cross-docking
• VAS (Value Added Services)
• Kitting & de-kitting
• Batch management
• Serial number management
• Advanced storage control
  

Technical & Functional Skills

• Ability to identify gaps between standard SAP EWM functionality and business needs.
• Strong in designing custom solutions using WRICEF components:
• Workflows
• Reports
• Interfaces
• Conversions
• Enhancements
• Forms
• Strong functional specification writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-regional stakeholder collaboration (Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, Business).
  

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with JIRA or other project management tools for global delivery.
• Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones.
