SAP HANA SCM EWM Consultant

As an SAP HANA SCM EWM Consultant, your role will involve designing, configuring, and implementing SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. You will be responsible for understanding complex business requirements and mapping them to SAP S/4HANA EWM capabilities, optimizing warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain efficiencies. Additionally, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation and seamless integration. Post-implementation support and ensuring stable process adoption will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Possessing SAP EWM Expertise - Leading at least one full end-to-end SAP EWM implementation covering Blueprinting, Configuration, Testing, Go-Live, and Support - Experience in multi-country deployments, localization, and harmonization of global warehouse processes - Domain exposure to industries such as discrete/process manufacturing, auto components, aerospace, life sciences, etc., where warehouse operations integrate tightly with production - Strong hands-on experience with Inbound & Outbound Logistics, Cross-Docking, VAS (Value Added Services), Kitting, Batch & Serial Number Management, and Advanced Storage Control - Ability to analyze gaps between standard EWM features and business needs and design custom solutions accordingly - Skilled in preparing WRICEF functional specifications (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) - Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, logistics, IT, and business teams globally Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP consulting with specific expertise in SAP EWM - Proficiency in working with JIRA or similar project management tools used in Agile/Global delivery - Experience in working with distributed teams across multiple time zones This job requires someone with a strong background in SAP EWM and a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations.
