Role Overview

SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

• Understanding complex business requirements and mapping them to SAP S/4HANA EWM capabilities.
• Optimizing warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain efficiencies.
• Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation and seamless integration.
• Providing post-implementation support and ensuring stable process adoption.
  

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

SAP EWM Expertise

• Minimum one full end-to-end SAP EWM implementation covering:
• Blueprinting
• Configuration
• Testing
• Go-Live
• Support
• Experience in multi-country deployments, localization, and harmonization of global warehouse processes.
• Domain exposure to discrete/process manufacturing, auto components, aerospace, life sciences, etc., where warehouse operations integrate tightly with production.
• Strong hands-on with:
• Inbound & Outbound Logistics
• Cross-Docking
• VAS (Value Added Services)
• Kitting
• Batch & Serial Number Management
• Advanced Storage Control
  

Functional & Technical Skills

• Ability to analyze gaps between standard EWM features and business needs; design custom solutions accordingly.
• Skilled in preparing WRICEF functional specifications (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, logistics, IT, and business teams globally.
  

Good to Have

• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools used in Agile/Global delivery.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
