We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead transformation initiatives by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise, strong functional knowledge, and a proven ability to drive end-to-end SAP solution design and implementation. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams, leading client workshops, and delivering innovative solutions to enhance business value.

Industry and Functional Expertise:

  Demonstrate deep industry knowledge in sectors such as Resources (Energy, Utilities, Chemicals), Manufacturing (Automotive, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Retail, High-Tech, Software, Semiconductors), and others.



• 
  

  Possess strong functional expertise in key business areas, including Finance and Cost Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales.



• 
  

  Ability to engage senior client leadership in business process discussions without being limited to technology.

Solution Architecture Leadership:

• 
  

  Analyze client challenges and develop SAP-driven solutions to maximize business value.



• 
  

  Lead or collaborate on proposal teams to define tailored solutions for clients.



• 
  

  Integrate industry best practices and leverage internal assets to differentiate solution offerings.



• 
  

  Take ownership of cross-functional SAP solutions and work with SMEs to align business needs with technical capabilities.

Project Delivery:

• 
  

  Utilize expertise in SAP S/4HANA to lead design workshops, gather requirements, and conduct gap analyses.



• 
  

  Lead teams throughout the project lifecycle, from blueprinting and design to development and implementation of new or improved business processes.



• 
  

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of end-to-end solutions.



• 
  

  Manage project risks, develop strategic plans, and oversee budgets to ensure successful delivery.



• 
  

  Support pre-sales activities, business assessments, and roadmap development for SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 
  

  Extensive experience in SAP solution architecture, including S/4HANA transformations.



• 
  

  Strong understanding of industry-specific SAP functionalities and business processes.



• 
  

  Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations and driving business value.



• 
  

  Experience working with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering solutions within an Agile framework.



• 
  

  Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
