Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant With Migration Location: Bhubaneswar / Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 8 + years in SAP FICO, including hands-on experience in migrating from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with a strong specialization in SAP Controlling (CO) and hands-on experience in RISE with SAP and Public Cloud implementations . The ideal candidate will have played a key role in migrating systems from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA , with in-depth expertise across both Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules within the S/4HANA environment. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar , requiring occasional travel for project workshops, deployments, and client engagements. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and deliver end-to-end S/4HANA implementations under RISE with SAP , including Public Cloud deployments. · Migrate finance and controlling processes from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA, ensuring minimal business disruption. · Configure and optimize SAP CO modules: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA. · Design and implement effective CO reporting structures to meet evolving business needs. · Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis sessions with business stakeholders. · Drive the S/4HANA Public Cloud setup, including Fiori app activation, configuration, and extensibility. · Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Basis, ABAP, and Business Process Owners. · Support data migration and reconciliation using standard SAP tools (e.g., LSMW, Migration Cockpit). · Provide post-go-live support and end-user training. · Travel as needed to support project requirements, workshops, and go-lives.
