Role Overview: You will be the SAP FICO Lead providing subject matter expertise on SAP S/4 HANA FICO functionality in a global business transformation program. Your role involves using SAP S/4 HANA as a platform and ensuring the design aligns with the global template. You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow) provided by the SI partner. Key Responsibilities: - Configuration of New GL, AP/AR, AA, PCA, PCA GAAP, foreign currency evaluation, and country-specific taxation and localizations - Hands-on experience in SAP FICO and Treasury/BCM with S/4 HANA on cloud - Understanding of cloud integration and basis PR/PO Processes - Experience in Sales contract and billing - Knowledge of SAP Best Practices with technical implementation experience and expertise in SAP Implementation Methodology Qualifications Required: - A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university - Good to have CA Intern/CA Qualified - Experience in the Retail/Fashion industry - Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP implementation or SAP business process improvement, particularly in finance and/or controlling (FICO) - Completion of at least 3 full lifecycle implementations (blueprint through testing) and some involvement in other projects - Recent experience in external management consulting in a leadership role, including managing teams, delivery engagements, clients, and revenue capabilities through business development - Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills,
