Job Description

Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Implementation: Lead or support full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors modules, specifically Performance & Goals (PMGM) and Career Development Planning (CDP) . Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors configurations and workflows. System Configuration: Configure and maintain SuccessFactors SPCDP modules, including performance templates, goal plans, development goals, and competency frameworks. Integration & Alignment: Ensure seamless integration between performance management and career development processes to support talent growth and succession planning. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure alignment of system capabilities with business strategies. Testing & Training: Develop test cases, conduct UAT, and provide training and support to end-users during and post-implementation. Reporting & Insights: Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance trends and development progress. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and suggest enhancements or new features to optimize talent processes. Must-Have Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations in SPCDP (Succession Planning + CDP) Strong configuration knowledge of PMGM and CDP modules Solid understanding of talent management processes and HR best practices Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment Show more Show less
