SuccessFactors SPCDP Consultant

As an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, your role will involve leading or supporting full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors modules, specifically Performance & Goals (PMGM) and Career Development Planning (CDP). You will engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors configurations and workflows. Your responsibilities will also include configuring and maintaining SuccessFactors SPCDP modules, ensuring seamless integration between performance management and career development processes, and collaborating with HR teams, business leaders, and technical teams to align system capabilities with business strategies. Additionally, you will be involved in developing test cases, conducting UAT, providing training and support to end-users, generating reports and dashboards for performance insights, and staying updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases to suggest enhancements or new features for talent optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or support full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors modules, specifically PMGM and CDP - Gather requirements and design solutions in alignment with business needs - Configure and maintain SuccessFactors SPCDP modules - Ensure integration between performance management and career development processes - Collaborate with stakeholders to align system capabilities with business strategies - Develop test cases, conduct UAT, and provide training and support to end-users - Generate reports and dashboards for performance insights - Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and suggest enhancements for talent optimization Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations in SPCDP (Succession Planning + CDP) - Strong configuration knowledge of PMGM and CDP modules - Solid understanding of talent management processes and HR best practices - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment,
