**Job Description:** Our client, a fast-growing IT Services company with expertise in Manufacturing, Fintech, and Healthtech sectors, is seeking a SAP Delivery Head to lead and manage end-to-end SAP projects. The company provides bespoke technological solutions to clients internationally and in India, with offices across Europe, Central Asia, America, and India. They specialize in IT Services, offering SAP Services and Microsoft services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage end-to-end SAP projects, covering ECC and SAP S/4HANA, as both Project Manager and Delivery Manager. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of SAP Finance processes to enhance project outcomes. - Manage the complete lifecycle of SAP implementations and Application Management Services (AMS) for domestic and overseas clients. - Drive innovation and agility within the SAP practice, keeping up with industry trends and technologies. - Successfully deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget. - Manage cross-functional teams effectively, motivating them towards project success. - Handle customer escalations with a focus on maintaining high client satisfaction. - Ensure profitability management for the SAP practice to contribute to overall business growth. - Build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders through excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Progress within the organization towards the position of Delivery Head in SAP. - Customer-facing responsibilities and travel are part of the role. **Qualifications And Experience:** - Extensive experience in SAP Finance processes with exposure to other SAP modules. - Proven track record of managing and delivering complex SAP projects, including ECC and SAP S/4HANA. - Strong understanding of SAP solutioning to design innovative client solutions. - Previous experience in team management and leadership to create a collaborative environment. - Exceptional customer relationship management skills for effective handling of escalations. - Financial acumen to manage project profitability and contribute to SAP practice growth. - Agile mindset to adapt to changing project requirements and market dynamics. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
