Role Overview:

SAP Delivery Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP delivery operations across India and international regions, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective project execution.
  
• Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP programs (Implementation, Rollouts, Upgrades, Support, and AMS).
  
• Collaborate with global clients and stakeholders to define delivery models, governance structures, and SLAs.
  
• Drive presales support, solutioning, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
  
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing SAP teams across multiple geographies.
  
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks.
  
• Partner with sales and account management teams to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  
• Establish best practices, delivery frameworks, and innovation-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and client value.
  

Requirements:

• 18+ years of overall IT experience with at least 12+ years in

  SAP program/project delivery management

  .
• Strong experience in leading

  end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and global support engagements

  .
• Proven track record of managing

  large global teams

  and multi-million-dollar SAP delivery programs.
• Strong knowledge of

  SAP S/4HANA, Cloud, Integration, and emerging SAP technologies

  .
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client engagement skills.
  
• Experience in

  presales, RFP/RFI solutioning, and proposal management

  .
• Willingness to travel internationally as per project/business requirements.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM or equivalent management degree.
  
• SAP certifications in relevant modules/solution areas.
  
• Exposure to global delivery models and multi-cultural team management.
