Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of IT solutionsor a demonstrated ability to quickly learnand have prior experience engaging customers across India, especially in Maharashtra . This role blends inside sales with field-based face-to-face meetings , particularly for SAP ERP solutions. Candidates available for immediate joining will be given priority. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and nurture relationships with potential clients across the Maharashtra region . Drive customer engagement through face-to-face field meetings , focusing primarily on SAP ERP discussions and demos. Present and communicate IT solutions effectively, with a strong emphasis on ERP offerings (SAP ERP experience is a plus). Understand clients' business processes across various industries. Execute outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to identify new business opportunities. Actively take initiative to reach out, schedule meetings, and meet clients in person to drive sales momentum. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and activities in the CRM. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the organizations revenue objectives. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: Experience in domestic market especially Maharashtra market. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT and ERP solutions (SAP ERP knowledge is highly desirable). Work Style: Active and Comfortable on-site client meetings. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to handle complex clients and Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with stakeholders. Availability: Should be ready to join within 15 days or immediately.
