Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the
overall data migration strategy and roadmap
.
Define
data migration objects, templates, and load sequencing
.
Coordinate
data cleansing and enrichment
with business stakeholders.
Manage
mock runs, trial migrations, and final cutover migration
.
Lead and mentor the data migration team (BODS developers, SLT specialists).
Collaborate with functional teams for
mapping, validation, and reconciliation
.
Ensure compliance with
audit and regulatory requirements
in data migration.
Provide
status reporting and risk management
for migration activities.

Experience

8+ years of
SAP data migration project experience
.
At least 3 full lifecycle
SAP S/4HANA data migration projects
as Migration Lead.
Hands-on experience in
SAP BODS, SLT Replication, and Central Finance migrations
.
Proven experience in
data reconciliation and cutover planning
.

Technical Skills

SAP Data Services (BODS) – design, ETL jobs, performance optimization.
SAP SLT Replication Services – configuration, monitoring, error handling.
SAP S/4HANA Central Finance – migration and replication concepts.
SQL, data profiling, and reconciliation scripts.

Soft Skills

Strong
leadership and stakeholder management
skills.
Excellent
problem-solving and analytical
mindset.
Ability to handle
large datasets under tight timelines
.
