Detailed JD:

• Lead the SAP Signavio process modeling and analysis activities across all phases of the S4HANA Greenfield implementation
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to capture model and optimize business processes using SAP Signavio Process Manager and Process Intelligence
• Facilitate process discovery workshops identify gaps and recommend improvements aligned with SAP best practices
• Integrate Signavio outputs with SAP Activate methodology including FittoStandard workshops and Solution Design
• Support process governance documentation and change management initiatives
• Provide guidance on Signavio suite capabilities including Collaboration Hub Journey Modeler and Workflow Accelerator
• Ensure traceability of business requirements to process models and system configurations
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing across teams
• Coordinate with SAP and thirdparty vendors as needed
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field

Certifications

• SAP Signavio certification preferred
• SAP Activate certification or proven experience with SAP Activate methodology

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of overall SAP experience with at least 2 fullcycle S4HANA implementations
• Minimum 3 years of handson experience with SAP Signavio tools
• Strong understanding of business process management BPM principles and tools
• Proven experience in process discovery modeling and optimization
• Familiarity with S4HANA modules and integration points
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Ability to work independently and lead crossfunctional teams
• Experience with process mining and performance analytics
• Exposure to industryspecific processes eg manufacturing retail utilities is a plus
