SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – HR Technology - Mumbai - 8 -12 years

HR Technology is a global team responsible for supporting all the HR applications within the company. HR has over 10 applications with SAP SuccessFactors being the core HCM solution used globally within the firm. The successful candidate will join the HR Technology Team in Powai as a SME for different SuccessFactors modules and functions.

Responsibilities

• Review Business requirements and suggest appropriate functional solution or workarounds. Create POC and demo the solution to stakeholders for approval where needed.

• Troubleshoot system problems, conduct thorough impact analysis of any changes across different modules in SuccessFactors.

• Plan, provide estimates and configure the system as per client requirements.

• Create detailed functional specifications and test case documents including results of regression testing for all changes.

• Familiarity with the SAP SuccessFactors major release schedule and processes. Assessing the relevance and value of new features with thorough impact analysis.

• Project manage small enhancements and rollouts as needed.

• Manage security and access controls in multiple SuccessFactors environments.

• Research KB articles, co-ordinate with SAP for any incidents or bug-fix.

• Collaborate with other regional and global teams, pro-actively identify areas of improvement and address them adequately.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (graduate).

5-8 years plus industry experience

• Have hands-on experience with at least 1 end to end implementation and upgrade cycle.

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification in EC & People Analytics is a must.

• Proficient in modules like PMGM, Learning, RCM & Onboarding 2.0. their functionalities, and business processes.

• Proficiency in using OData v2 and v4 APIs, as well as knowledge of SuccessFactors' API endpoints and data structures.

• Knowledge of integration center and Intelligent Services

• A strong SAP SuccessFactors system integration testing skillset with ability to develop comprehensive test plans, create test cases, and execute tests effectively.

• Aware of basic cloud concepts – Private, public, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS.

• Able to lead and own deliveries on global scale – with analytical mind, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and build adaptive scalable solutions in the most optimized manner.

• Ability to chair meetings and Scrum calls and interpret ideas in a clear and crisp manner across the team and stakeholders.

Desirable Requirements

• Knowledge of Documentation and collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA).

• Comfortable working in Agile methodology and full SDLC process.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and team building skills with ability to explain complex topics clearly.

• Self-motivated with pro-active approach.

• flexibility to work on multiple items, open minded and willing to contribute in an individual capacity.
