About the Role

Experience Range: 8–12 years of relevant experience

Technologies: SAP MM, Central Procurement Hub with S/4 HANA

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and deliver suitable SAP solutions.
• Lead S/4 HANA implementation, rollout, and conversion projects.
• Manage integration between SAP and non-SAP systems, including performance test planning and execution.
• Drive Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle processes, covering inventory management, vendor management, and invoice processing.
• Configure and optimize MM organizational structure, master data, purchasing, RFQ, outline agreements, pricing procedures, release strategies, subcontracting, inventory management, consumption-based planning, and source determination.
• Implement Flexible Workflow, Vendor & BP integration, and FIORI applications in S/4 HANA.
• Execute central procurement activities across multiple ERP systems using S/4 HANA as the hub.
• Utilize Guided Buying and Central Purchasing Analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Lead strategic sourcing, contract management, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
• Engage in client-facing roles, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
• Support pre-sales activities in procurement solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP MM & central procurement, with strong analytical skills.
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA E2E implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in direct/indirect procurement, vendor management, and invoice processing.
• Proven integration experience with SAP Ariba, iValua, or Coupa.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
