Job Description

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations and rollouts (Buying, Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Enablement).
Configure and customize Ariba workflows, catalogs, templates, approval processes, and compliance settings.
Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycles, including vendor onboarding and invoice management.
Integrate Ariba with SAP S/4HANA/ERP systems using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway), PI/PO, or APIs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver suitable procurement solutions.
Support supplier collaboration, RFQ/RFP processes, auctions, and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure adoption and compliance.
Conduct Ariba Spend Analysis, reporting, and dashboards for procurement performance monitoring.
Ensure procurement governance, audit readiness, and compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications

6–10 years of SAP Ariba consulting experience.
Hands-on expertise in Ariba Buying, Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance.
Strong knowledge of P2P/S2P processes and procurement best practices.
Experience with SAP ERP/S4 integration (CIG, PI/PO, APIs).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
At least 2 full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
