Job Purpose RC Apparels is looking for a highly experienced Sampling QA professional to ensure top-notch quality in our garment sampling processes. This role is vital for aligning sample quality with buyer expectations and production capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in garment construction, fabric behavior, fit analysis, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Evaluate sample garments at all stages—Proto, Fit, Size Set, PP Samples, etc.—to ensure adherence to quality standards. Analyze tech packs, spec sheets, and measurement charts to verify accuracy and feasibility. Collaborate with pattern makers and sampling teams to communicate fit corrections and construction changes. Inspect fabrics and trims for quality, shrinkage, stretch recovery, and color fastness prior to sampling. Conduct sampling audits using AQL standards and ensure compliance with buyer-specific quality protocols. Maintain clear documentation of sample reviews, fit comments, and quality reports. Use Excel, Google Sheets, and PLM tools to track sample workflows and communicate with cross-functional teams. Liaise with merchandising, production, and quality control teams to ensure seamless transition from sampling to bulk production. Job Requirements 12–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in Sampling within the apparel manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and sewing techniques. Proficient in interpreting tech packs, measurement specs, and garment grading systems. Experience with various fabric types and understanding of their behavior during wash and wear. Familiarity with AQL standards and buyer-specific quality compliance protocols. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PLM software or similar tracking tools. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and coordination skills. Why Join RC Apparels?
