Job Title: Receptionist Job Location: Gurgaon Company: RC Apparels Salary: ₹20,000 per month About the Role: RC Apparels is looking for a smart, presentable, and organized Receptionist to be the face of our company. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also supporting administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner. Manage incoming phone calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages. Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries. Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable. Assist in scheduling meetings, managing visitor logs, and coordinating conference rooms. Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary. Provide assistance to other departments as required. Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in a similar front desk or receptionist role preferred. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Why Join Us?
