Lead, Participate & manage end to end external publisher audits, by providing audit defence & audit readiness for the business
Very Strong SAM External Audit Participation experience.
Lead, a team of SAM SMEs and ensure SAM KPIs, SLAs & Compliance Parameters are always met.
Provide Licensing & Risk Advisory to the SMUs and the business heads.
Own the Cost Containment charter for both Customer Investments & Wipro Investments.
Accountable for SAM Maturity & Compliance Level sustenance in all business accounts.
Ability to lead the team through the changes that happens in the software licensing space & in the technology space.
Responsible for incorporating AI & Automation in different stages of SAM Process to achieve cost and manpower efficiencies.
Experienced in enhancing the SAM Processes, Procedures, Guidelines & SOPs.
Experienced in handling Software, Cloud & SaaS based contracts, its Costs, Obligations, Benefits & Risks.
Enable the SAM Technology Implementation teams with the required guidance for tool adoption, coverage, completeness & Ts&Cs related obligations as per the SAM Tool provider and/or the software publishers.
Design & Implement ISO 19770 based SAM Audits for internal purposes.Mandatory Skills: Software Asset Management .
