Salon Manager

Position Summary:

The Salon Manager at Rawls Salon is responsible for overseeing all aspects of salon operations, ensuring the highest standards of client service, team performance, and business efficiency. This leadership role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about beauty and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership

• Manage, motivate, and support a team of stylists, assistants, and front desk staff.
• Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and regular team meetings.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and creative salon culture.

Client Experience

• Ensure an exceptional client experience from check-in to check-out.
• Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care.
• Promote a customer-first environment to drive loyalty and referrals.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage salon supplies and place orders to ensure consistent availability.
• Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance as needed.

Sales & Business Development

• Drive retail and service sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Promote salon offerings, packages, and retail products.
• Assist in developing and executing local marketing campaigns and events.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate records including schedules, payroll, client information, and performance reports.
• Handle cash management, daily reconciliation, and POS oversight.
• Communicate regularly with ownership on business performance and staffing needs.

Requirements:

• Previous salon management or assistant management experience (3+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of salon services, trends, and retail products
• Proficient in salon software and scheduling systems
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cosmetology license (a plus but not required)
• Sales or business management experience in a salon or spa environment
• Understanding of beauty industry standards and client care best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
